That shouldn't be more than 1 game, if that. Hjalmarsson didn't leave his feet, didn't use his elbow and didn't hit the head. Nor was Pominville facing the boards.
It was slightly from behind/on the side. If it had been directly from behind, Pominville would've fell straight towards the ice and not touched the boards.
it should've been 5-10 games. Pominville was in a defenseless position along the boards. Hjalmarsson clearly hit pominville in the numbers something u should never do.
NHL is too sloppy in letting hits like this slide with a slap on the wrist. This hit has the potential of being a career-ender & no player should be subject to that.
