Forgive me for being daft, but what the hell are Strength of Victory numbers based upon?
To put it in the simplist context: The total number of points of the team's you've beaten, divided by number of wins.
Example: Detroit has beaten the Bruins (71 pts) and Lightning (74 pts) in their last two games... so Detroit's SOV would be 72.5.
